That's the money quote from Bloomburg right there:

“Ireland faced up to its problems faster than others and we expect growth there rather soon,”

Austerity leading to growth "just around the corner" from austerity,  and hyperinflation just around the corner without.
I'll read past the headline when Ireland actually sees GDP growth or 5 year US Treasury bond yields break 2%, in the meanwhile... go read Krugman.
