Teacher's pay

I'm not saying its the only piece of the puzzle or that it would fix everything, but 55% of black and hispanic students drop out, teachers are under paid, and I can't think of one thing that wouldn't be improved by paying teachers a whole lot more.  We should do it, do it now, and fix the hard stuff when we have a chance.
